I would say that the blinker lenses would be the giveaway, having the chrome pieces around the three lights....

i'll agree with mauser as the missing side repeater lights of a WB shell can be seen more clearly in this pic:
also the bumper, wheel trims and wipers / windscreen trims may be incorrect for HZ sandman, although with 15in GTS rims you cant get square lip chrome trims so the fact that the owner went to the effort to get trims for their 15's should be credited
