    Help!!!! WB Seat Identification

Hi guys, I have bought these seats. The only reason I bought them was because I was told they are WB.... and they were only $50 for the pair...

    Here are some pics.

They came with these steel brackets bollted top the actual seat mounts. Are these original??? I think not... :(

Under those brackets there are the mounts fixed to the frame of the seats.

The steel brackets had 4 holes drilled into them... 2 for the actual seat mounts... and the other 2 for the WB floorpan...

It does not look good... Considering the seat brackets (on the frame) are to short... :(

    Anyways here are the measurements.
2 inner holes: 22cm (from middle of hole to middle of hole)
2 outer holes: 28.5cm (from middle of hole to middle of hole)

The smaller hole on the steel brackets (back) is 5mm across from middle bolts, and the big hole (front) is 1cm across from the middle holes.

I hope I made this as clear as I can.

    Any help???
    Cheers,
    Matt

I reckon they are commodore seats. Good luck finding WB commercial seats as they are rare as rocking horse poo. It is probably only the seat rails that are different between those commodore seats and WB. WB Stato have the height adjuster so different as well.
You have picked the hardest parts to find I reckon. Seats and then the bucket seat seat belt storks, console lid.

I have no idea... but I got told that if you have first gen commodore seats, they would fit WB floorpans... apparently they have the same mounting points, and same floorpans....

Well, just did some research... Looks like I have first gen commodore seats... and all I have to do is get a set of WB runners (Ute or Statesman) and fit them to the seat... and then it should fit....

Is this correct??? also has anybody done this before (just for some tips on how to fit the new runners)???

    EDIT:
Also, if anyone has a set of WB runners (to suit bucket seats) from a ute or statesman... and wants to sell them, please post here or send me a PM.

Yes, definitely Commodore seats. You can put WB runners onto them. From memory the cushion and base is the same but WB backs are different. I have 2 x pairs here I have kept but only one set of runners, I used the other set in my HZ Overlander on VK Calais seats.
I do remember that the actual runners are similar, they have outriggers welded onto them to pick up the WB floor holes. Note that WB floor nuts/holes are in different places than HQ-HZ for the innermost holes.

As I said they are commodore and they are wrong runners. You will have a 1 in a million chance of finding wb commercial seat runners. Stato ones may work. I used VH buckets in my WB and just made brackets like the ones on the seats you have.

Yeah, anything to find to fit a commercial with buckets is really hard...

Hmmm, makes me wonder now. I reckon the seat I have are probably Commodore as well. A mate of mine fitted VH SL/E seats into his HZ. Will ask him.
