V6HQUte finds a ute.

hey all, was taling to a bloke yesterday who does sell a fair few cars, anyways i stopped because he had hz,j,x ute, i was just thinking, it 2 genuine gts guards barely rusted came on it, but the body had a centre console mount at the front, hole for a 4 speed and he said the old bloke he got it off said it had factory black bucket seats,which were in it, it had no gauges but a black dash pad, with all the above could this be a sandman, it was a dull creamy colour, if it is i might go back and see him again, any ideas appreciated i will go back tommorow and get some numbers off it,

if someone can help before tommorow morning it would be greatly appreciated

Being a dull creamy colour isn't likely to help too much, but without numbers it's hard to tell.

thanks mate, i would like to run some info past you guys ive taken in from off here to help me identify it if thats allright and make sure its right, firstly is a xu4 still worth getting?
its a ute so its model should be 8wm80, n is not, has to be m, stamped 2 seater, and possibly xx7
xu3 has gvm 2200kg or lessm xx7 has 1950kg or less
what else is good to look for its basicly a shell and chsssie, how to i tell if its original chassie, and if the plates are a matching set

was just looking at hqgtsbrads pops ute on here its stamped hj8wm80, but seating capacity of 3, is it still a sandman, heres the link
