    HQ Windows

My HQ doors are a bit ratty so I have got two HJ/X/Z doors from a commercial without the intruson bars.

My question is the windows are different. The inside runner from the new doors has a piece in the corner for the window. Can the HQ runners and windows be put into these doors? I know I will need to add the black plastic corner bit in the top as well.

Soooo I guess you are showing me that sourcing those doors was a waste of time. haha I assume from those pictures my Belmont door trims wont fit the winder holes.

I suppose I can use the bottoms of the HZ doors to repair my origional rusted ones.

Back to square one... Ill have a closer look at home.

    thanks,

winder and handle holes are the same..you will need to cut a square hole for the ashtray..and drill holes in the appropriate hollows to take the hq front glass chanel...
i only put the links up so you could see the differences.

so yes you can use the doors you got...:lifesaver:

Could be the old same but different... some things look the same but are just ever so slightly out.. haha Prick of a spot to have to drill two holes as well. :-)

    Hi Oz,

Looking inside my Hj-Z commercial doors I can feel the inside section that is needed for the HQ door componets. It seems inside is the same on all of them. You can feel the bolt holes inside the cutout are already there as well.
