Tasmanian van owners

Hey fellow mys.comers I'm just putting this thread up to try and find any other van owners in Tasmania.

I've started a page on facebook called panelvan owners of Tasmania aimed at getting people together and hopefully in the future going on a few runs together.

If you live in tassie or know of anyone who does and owns a van please check into the page on fb and join up and let me know here as well if your not on fb but wanna get involved.

there is a guy on the NW coast who has a business hiring 1970's muscle cars for tassy. he has SLR 5000 and a HX sandman 6 cylinder.....

there is also a guy in launceston with an absinth yellow L31 M21 HX ute. with the surname Rattray..

i don't know if my old one (in avatar pic) is still running around down there, last i knew it was around Deloraine

Yes there must be few about and the people who own them need bringing together in some way!

Going to show and shines, swap meets and getting in contact with car clubs in Tassie would be a good start.

Hi, we have Arthur (arthurg@trump.net.au) who generally comes to the Nationals... you could give him an email... don't have other details. I know he's in Tassie just north of Hobart. He has Black Eagle, a van that's been around for quite some time (and so has Arthur...lol). He has also travelled in his van all over Oz.
He also knows a number peeps down there. thanx Maz
