parts books are great....back in 97 i bought every part book from 1948 to vl incuding torana and camira.

they were in there folders ......
i bought them from a holden dealer in newcastle for $1000....
back then it was a fairly extreme price to pay but i knew they would make me money..

over the years when i went out buying nos i didnt bother picking and choosing i just bought everything ..even if i wasnt sure as i had the books to figure out what it was as long as it had a number on it..

They come in real handy for checking Nos parts being sold on Ebay.... often they are wrongly described and sometimes it can be advantagous.

I got a set of Nos outer sills a while ago for $118 that were listed as Statesman.... when I checked the part numbers I found they fit panelvan and ute.... bargain..(my HX catalogue paid for itself with one purchase) ..... I have also found a lot of WB parts listed as being for earlier models... while they ma fit and do the job they are often different to the originals from an earlier model.

I don't care what condition they are in as long as all the pages are there and ledgible..... they are a wise investment for parts hunting.

    Some of my parts catalogues:

4/75 HJ XX7 Sandman Panelvan ... Persian Sand currently restoring
7/76 HX Monaro 4dr 308 4sp... Absinth Yellow and rusty as hell.. SOLD
3/77 HX Sandman Panelvan ... Absinth Yellow and rusty as hell .. SOLD

I've made an error in judgement here guys. I shouldn't have posted this in here without sale details etc, and the Sale sections purpose is not to start bidding wars
    .
I should ban myself from the forums for a couple weeks!

I'll list it on ebay and throw the link in here. I apologize for the brain fade.
    Hi Blocker

Have you place this item on ebay.
    I'm still interested.

    Cheers
