    HQ ute GVM of 4750????

hi all joining the my sandman forum has made me want to know some info about my utes, ive got 5, which i have discovered are all nothing special, but ive got a hq ute 3/73 and its GVM is 4750, whats the go with that, it is clearly stamped that but all the rest of my utes are 2150 or something along those lines, can anyone tell me why theres such a big difference, is this to do with being able to put a 350 in without engineering,
    is this common?
    cheers
    Myles

Hi Myles . As far as I'm aware the early HQs had there weight stamped in pounds not kilos, that's why it's 4750 ! Which converts back to 2155 kilos approx.
    Hope this helps.
    Welcome BTW!
