Yep a bloke called Tony had the wreckers when I was there.
Didnt know he works for Buddah now but they were mates then. I've pretty much lost touch with them all.
Nah, I'm just driving around looking for someone with licence.

This one is a rare spares one and fitted great ( hopefully the rear window will as well. )
I also replaced the side return bits, they were not as easy b ut turned out OK.
well there you go one of my utes has had some effort put into it, my ute had a little bit between the window sill and back wall, nothing major just cut the section out to be safe, it was just loose rust flakes/dirt/dust the norm, once the utes done ill go nuts with the cavity wax too

V6HQ, Mine had a bit there too was probably repairable but I didn't want it to come back so just did the whole lot. Someone told me at the time that it's not the rust on the outside that's the problem it's the stuff on the inside that you can't see that's the killer.

yeah it wasnt too bad, and it was all dry inside, it wasnt worth doing the whole back wall, i think it just seeped throught the torno cover pin thingos on the window sill few were pin holes so i sandblasted, welded the holes and rust treated the lot to be sure, once i hit it with cavity wax itll be right,

    V6HQ, Nice one.

Boalsie, This is what I'm chasing. I'd prefer to have 7 inch on the rear and 6 inch on the front ao I either need one more 7inch like this one or two more 6 inch to make them all 6 inch. Does that make sense?
Help from anyone would be appreciated.

what rims did the A9X have?, when i met rodney and jennie there panel beater had a 4 door A9X and it had the different offset rims that looks to be the same as this one, with 2 bigger lips, i went and had a look at one of my gts rims and it has a the bigger lower lip and a smaller upper lip if you get what i mean, it is only a 6" tho, where as yours has 2 bigger lips, might be worth investigating, but theres a fair chance ive got not idea what im talking about
