Hz sandman for sale. Supermint metallic 253 4 speed

Hi guys.

my names Aaron and im new here, i have been meaning to join for ages but havent had a chance. a very interesting site none the less. great to see some good info being posted up here.
I have something that may be of interest to someone on here.
Its a HZ sandman Van 253 4-speed supermint metallic with beige interior.
I brought it some time ago from an old fella that had it since the early 80s, and took it everywhere, i had the intention to use it for parts for my other project but when i got her home and realising it was the real deal i didnt have the heart to do it.
She needs ALOT or work but is all there except for the original wheels, theyre on my LX hatch.
Bad bits - Rust and alot of it, windows cut in it, interiors shagged, sitting a while, no front fibreglass spoiler, would run but has no radiator.
Good bits - Supermint metallic (very sought after colour), all matching numbers, very nice gts dash instruments.
i recommend the car to be viewed as she is a bit shabby, but then again you dont see many legit ones these days especially with the colour combo of this.

Im open to all reasonable offers but not silly ones, i dont need to sell it, i just have no time to work on 7 cars hahaha. i have been in the game for a while now and know what the old holdens can fetch. in saying that i realise the amount of work required to bring the old girl back upto scratch.

i reckon you couldn't go too far wrong with some pics to wet the old appetite Supermint

Super Mint is a superb colour, had a HQ ute many years ago painted that colour, looked very neat.

I was in the northern suburbs of Adelaide yesterday.
I would have loved to have a look.
I'm heading back to sydney this afternoon

yeah guys ill try and get some pics up asap, i thought i had some on the computer but didnt. doing ridiculous hours over the weekend so will get some tuesday. id love to fix her up and see the nice fresh supermint burst in the sun but i need to finish my other panelvan and want another lx hatchback. a bloke offered me $5000 for it a while back i think he was just keen on the tags and parts as he had a supermint panny.
