    Our HQs

    got 4 at the moment, soon to have 5







    1972 GLacier White HQ Kingsy

    My starter car

    Factory V8 Gold HQ Kingswood no engine or gear box (car came from wreckers )
    because of NSW P plate laws i cant have a V8 so i have to have a 202 but modified slightly as in straight cut gears and a cam

    Interior is good but doesn't have original seats

    not much rust suprising cause this car came from Kempsey Coffs harbour area

    202 that will be going in has already got the straight cut timing gears in it.

    What a great collection of HQ's great to see you doing a resto...yes it is a nuisance these P Plate laws...there are other threads explaining we had to buy a car for our kids to drive as we both drove V8's so I won't harp on the subject.

    Looks like a nice spot you live, and in Scone..nice area went there a few years ago going to Barrington Tops...

    yeah thanks, i personally dont like living here id much rather be in Melbourne
    might be able to get a HX Windowless sandman panelvan (hopefully) my dad knows a bloke that has one sitting out in the weather about 30kms away from us but we do not know if he wants to sell it or just let it keep roting away
    supposibly its a genuine sandman but until i see it i dont have a clue if it is or not and i guess it wont be cheap.

    sorry mate i made a little mistake its accurly 6 month 1972 i have no idea were i got the 71 from i think i mistaked it for another hq that we used to have
