interesting tunnel

as i have just finished the underneith of my ute body i have noticed that the tunnel near the rear has been hammered down with a ballpean hammer right at the top in the groove. this has been done at the factory as there is green paint over the top of it inside the cab and the paint underneith the tunnel is all still intact aswell my guess is this is so the consoul will fit properly. your thoughts would be much appreciated
