Yeah that van looks like Tims. He was a mate of mine when I was living in melbs still and we worked on films together. He does art department work and they use his van on neighbours every now and then... He painted the sandman stuff on himself. Cool custom job.

That photo must be photoshopped. I didn't know there was any such thing anymore as a rust free XA-XC.
I think all of the rusty bits might have been taken off.
If ford's less than ten years old are showing rust there's not much hope for an xc.

Probably Contessa Gold HJ Kingswood ute. Looks good except for that ugly rear bar. Kinda like sticking Serena William's rear bar on Jennifer Hawkins! Why would you do it!
