    looks like a new fence is going up. So maybe they are normally not seen...

    The grass is also well kept, suggesting they get moved for mowing (and the clean bricks would also suggest recent movement and/or placement).

    im going with, people have just moved into that house, and that is the neatest you'll see that collection and the grass for many years

    I also think that new fence, once up, will hide all of them shortly, and he is starting a backyard wreckers....or frontyard as the case maybe....:lifesaver:
