    38J Trim for HQ

Does anyone out there have a colour picture of any Kingswood HQ with 38J trim. There is plenty of 38E on Old Holden but not a single 38J.

It looks basically the same as 38E just has black floor mat, dashpad, cowl side trim and turn signal lever instead of Chestnut. Possibly also the column is black. Very similar in concept to 60A in late HJ versus 60V in earlier HJ.

This purple ute is now for sale at a dealer in Adelaide for $25,000 if anyone is interested. It SEEMS to have a very chequered past/authenticity. It was for sale on carsales at $15,000 for months with no success. Looks like someone put a set of wheels, red walls and cheap sticker kit on it... And added $10,000 to the price tag

Vombil,l thought it belonged to someone on here! It was put on gumtree and sold about a week later at a couple of grand more than what it was on carsles for.

These are 38J, note Black floor covering, column and seatbelts compared to 38E which has them in Chestnut.

i 'googled' the trim code and had no luck other than a link to this old thread!

the addition of black is far less pedestrian
