79 HZ XX7 308 Windowless Van . Driving with a big grin. A few little finishing touches required
I had all the tailgate hardware zinced and got it fitted up last night.
Imagine my surprise when the Rare Spares top tailgate lock rods, lock swivel and lower tailgate limit straps actually fitted.

that is one of there better products but they need to supply the springs with the top rods...which,they say they are working on..:errf:
Man this is inspireing me. Can't wait to get a garage and get into my engine bay as well as the re zincing of all the metal bits and peices.
It is coming along very nicely. Good job.
That is such a great looking van.
"Proud To Be An Old Fart".
Finally, a bit of progress. Things have been a bit slow lately but it's getting there. Now I can fit the headlining and seats etc.
Still chipping away. I got the dash and interior fitted....just the kick plates and arm rests to go and the hoodlining is being fitted next week. The door trims have been painted for now while I'm waiting for a repro set. Just a little bit further..........
