    Top Tailgate rubber pics

I'm having a bit of trouble fitting the top tailgate rubber (Rare Spares). Anyone got a pic to check if I have around the right way.

We robbed the red van of the upper as the new one had not arrived from Harrison's early spares, when we went on our holiday, hense it looks stuffed....it lets in exhaust fumes, so we will be replacing with the new, of which I now have three by default...

I have a few pics, the little white lugs go into the holes in the tailgate, they are reasonably difficult to put into the top part, I had to hold the tailgate just open while R put it in, and he had to make a pointy tool to use to shove it in...if that makes sense...

I hope this helps if you want different angles, let us know, it would be easier to take pics with someone else holding the rubber!!! so will wait for R to come home The pic below is what the rubber would look like if it was on the van....

Thanks Jennie. It would appear I have the seal on the right way but the bottom side corners of the RS one is way too fat to let the top tailgate close. More stuff to add to the return list.

And you're right, getting those little white buggers in is a pain in the ar...finger.

We could have a surplice upper rubber, which you can buy off us, I think they are pretty good....
