where to cut? gutter rash

Hi guys, I've found a donor that i can attack with a grinder

one of my vans has two feet of gutter rust above and below the gutter (rear of the van) itself on the passenger side.

any suggestions on where i should cut on the donor?

it has side windows (ATM) if that makes any diff
