For sale EFI stuff suit 308

Just offering to my Sandman friends first before it goes on EBAY in a couple of weeks.

    1 x 2/h Pair VN V8 Heads, with pushrods & tappet covers $100
1 x 2/h VN V8 Inlet manifold, fuel rail & injectors (has most sensors) $100
    1 x 2/h VN V8 Distributor with cap $100
    1 x 2/h VN V8 computer $100
    1 x 2/h VN V8 engine wiring harness $100

I fitted all this stuff to a HX block 308, but when i was ready to do the wiring side, i'd had enough of EFI vehicles and didn't want to work on my toys EFI if it played up.

Will separate if needed but i'd sell the lot for $450

Do have a 278 cam for it, but it's still in the motor. Motor was never started with this stuff in/on it.

    I'm Keen,

Im looking to run quad IDF Weber style throttle bodies and go to EFI but can only get VN series inlet manifolds to do this.

i'll have a hard think about it as it's a fair bit of work to do to my already fantastic engine

    Agro

I'll buy it all off you if not yet sold. Have you got alternator bracket too? I'll keep most of it, just probably trade the heads off to someone as I have 2 x sets already, but happy to buy the lot.

Hi Agro, sorry for the delay,

just a bit too much cost to change to the VN heads, and other associated bits for me.

    All yours Byron

if your pitting it in to a hq-wb you dont have to change the alt bracket if you dont want to. change the water pump and crank pully to hq-wb and everything from you old motor incl power steering will bolt on to vn heads as the bolt pattern on the heads is the same.

You do have to use the VN-VSIII alternator bracket for 2 x reasons:

    1. To clear the throttle body neatly.
    2. VN-VSIII cruise control cable brackets attaches to the alternator bracket.

From memory you have to chop some of the HQ-WB alternator bracket off to clear the throttle body and tubework.

Wat's the specs of the cam? How much u lookin at for that?

Would u sell the fuel rail, injectors and sensors without the manifold?

Have ya got a throttle body?
