And many varying STORIES from Ran Build, the builder and his Subbie since early December,

:angry: and many heated and HARSH words exchanged, we Finally got our Insurance certificate last friday, So now we are looking at this....

Yep!! Hard to believe this will be nearly 100 m2 under roof!! How did they fit it in that?? Better be all there!!
The plan now is Slab next week and erection a week later!!
Fingers crossed!!
Then I can Finally get the HX out from behind the tractor at the farm and the Empire out of my mates workshop and get them home to play with!!
More pics and updates to come so please ppl cross everything and pray to the sun gods for me!!

It works for now M8!! There are 48 house lots goin in at the rear, where all the green grass is right now, but thats 2 years away.. 20 mins to the beach is a nice thing though..
