Hi Jez, Yep she is Jamaica Lime, had a good session on it on Saturday.
Got the bonnet on and all aligned, also got it fully fish oiled. Going to cavity wax it as well in a few weeks once the oil has dried up.
BTW try to avoid aftermarket nose cones and guards.. Maybe we should have a thread on how to identify.
I have included a bad mobile phone pic.

yeah i got mine fish oiled ... smells bad but worth it to keep away the rust.
Dont laugh but whats cavity wax? haha
i was lucky to pick up a slightly rusted nose cone from a wreckers in perth (olden wreckers).
i did however have a fun time with the aftermarket flutes i got from rarespares... geez those were fun to put in with minimal experience haha
Its like fish oil, but a bit thicker and will hang up a bit better. I figured that the fish oil will get in everywhere because it's thinner. Then the cavity wax will provide a tougher barrier against moisture. It was quite amazing to see where the oil was dripping from. It went everywhere, very slippery work.
i remember the last time we fish oiled a car... drove with the windows down for months.....
it's here and I love it!!

Not the best of photos, but it'll do.
Here is the 15x8 with the blackouts done.
I feel that the springs will need re doing once she is done. that van is sitting way to high in the back at the moment for my liking.
Very happy with the chrome GTS rims though. The tweeked factory look is going to be nice me thinks.
Looking good.
Where these the ones on EBAY recently???
BO6 = Rarer then a Sandman
Your doing a good job with this mook.
"Proud To Be An Old Fart".
The rear 15x8 were on ebay about 3 years ago. The guy I got them off had them made up then never fitted them. Got them for the measly sum of $48 for the pair...
