HQ Sandman in Durham Beige

I see that 1974 HJ has Durham Beige as a sandman colour.
but not listed in HQ.

the reason is i came across a HQ van today, 7/1973, but it was 2 seater, L31 M21 with 39B trim code.
too early for sandman, but it got me thinking why was this colour not given for HQ sandman...

I don't know of many (or any) HQ colours that were available in HJ and vice versa. There are always the very late HQ's that had HJ colours and the pilot HJ''s with HQ colours but this always happens with series change. I don't think I have actually recorded a Durham beige HJ prior to the 1976 paint change (HX colours start) either.
