Geez, your farms have more water on them than all the Victorian lakes had in them last year! Hope you guys salvage something for all your hard long hours you put in.

Those last puics definately have to get blown up and put on the family wall. Could possibly never happen again and no one will believe it happened.

I love water skiing, had major surgery on my right sholder few weeks back. Driver only this season.

I've only ever broken 6 bones in my body.....every one of them barefooting. Yep, 3 ribs and 3 toes.......but man, what a blast. Just watch out for the submerged sticks and logs....that'll bring ya undone real quick...(experience talking there)

It rose a bit more on Saturday. That wheat in the foreground is nearly 3 feet high and the barley in the next paddock was harvested. The next paddock over was mostly under water on Sat.
Just by the by, the power line furthest away had sagged down more than I realised and when I went under it in the header I looked up and sh%% my self! It looked like I could of touched it.
I rang Country energy and they came straight out. Min height for a line is 5.8 meters. It was at 5 meters. My header is 4m heigh and I have a 1m uhf aerial on the roof.
The aerial must have hit the lines!

    Sand bagging

Well today I was meant to go out to help Rodney with the van, but turned out as well as doing that, we had to sandbag around the guy who has been doing the work to our van's house. The Council dam which is on a stock route is overflowing and if the predicted 3inches we are meant to get tonight or tomorrow happens it may go through his place. His house is in a low lying spot but his shed which he built, is on a bit of a rise, so van is safe.

We've had a fair bit of rain and flooding here in S.A and I've heard it is heading to central NSW and Vic. So hope you guys can cope with more, good luck!
