Today Rodney put the battery rack in, the door rubbers on headlight surrounds on, I put new lenses onto the taillights, and fiddled about with the windows whch will go in tomorrow.
Adam painted the console and the posts for the inside of the windscreen, thanks to those who helped with the Tan colour code

seeing how easy it is to 'tan' the insides i now regret not doing it... I put it all in the too hard basket.
oh and i'll say it right now your van not only looks great but its being done properly with time and care.
i like it i really do like it. cant wait for nats to come, although im now contemplating this twin vans thing at nats, my van is going to look horrible next to yours.

thank you, we do need one actually as yellow van didn't have one, but we have one spare from the HJ ute doner, and will paint it so it matches, and the one on ebay will need re-painting anyways...if we find this one cracked then it would be good, as he said on ebay it wasn't cracked.

The torana's have that big wave on the bottom like that ..
Well under that tarp behind is an A9X and Adam said it was exactly the same as a torana console, but it came out of our van, and fits the Sandman bracket position, hoping now that our new boot, and insert will fit :Chin:. Rodney thinks that most of the interior stuff which came with the van when purchased came out of a stato...and the rest was painted black to match....
