Expect to pay around $100ea for good restorable rims but if you're lucky you may get some cheaper, just check them for buckles and flogged out stud holes. You can then get them sandblasted and painted or do it yourself.

I have a plastic 200 litre drum with a screw on lid which is full of diluted Molasses, drop the rims into it for five or so days and they come out clean as a whistle. Saves me a fortune on sandblasting parts.
How much do you dilute the molasses?

4 parts water to 1 part molasses. You need to let it ferment for about two weeks before using it as it works better the longer it ferments, the beauty about it is you can keep re-using the bath and it is environmentally friendly.... keep the lid on it to avoid water evaporation and to keep the bloody flies out.

I also use undiluted white vinegar for small parts that are surface rusted like bolts and brackets... keep an eye on parts in vinegar though as it will eat through the metal if left in too long... I find 2 to 3 days soaking is plenty to remove surface rust.

With both ways make sure you wash off well with water to neutralise the solution

Sounds like home brew, do you need to add hops and carbonate it??????? I will give it a go I think. Not drinking it though.

I bought an owners service manual from Ebay and it came with a AWA car radio manual.
    SO my question is:
Did they come with an AWA radio in HJ or is this off another model?

AWA, Clarion and Phillips were all suppliers to Holden.
